For someone that knew nothing about these bikes, I think that is very nice. Well done mate
Yep, I definitely had no clue when I started two years ago, but I've loved working on it, learning, and meeting all you folks!

Looking great Roger ... you have certainly learned a lot after initially posting on here. Did the coil repair work out OK for you?
Coil repair has worked a treat, thanks Ash!  I just got my Dyna coils back from the company and they say the coils are fine and just sent them back!  Interesting that they don't actually fire the bike....

Great individualistic features. Like the pipes, switches, headlamp mounts. The seat is almost invisible, how was it on your longest ride so far? Makes some of us look a bit samey trying to recreate 1974. But just shows we are all sorts, but love bikes.
Thanks!  The switches are by motogadget, the headers and headlamp/indicator mounts were pieces made by RunRiot Motorcycles in Eton Wick,  and the seat was done by yours truly.  My longest ride so far has been 2.5 hours, and it's a bit stiff but much better than I expected.  If anything I'd change, it'd be the angle on my bars - they start to hurt the wrists on longer rides.
It is my daily driver though, and takes me 40 minutes to work and back.  Puts a smile on my face each morning when I kick it to life, not sure about the neighbours' feelings though....

We should go for a ride sometime!

Excellent job.
Could see it winning a trophy in a custom bike show.
I'm hoping so!  I just applied for entry into the Twisted Iron show in September.

The clock is a dual tach and speedo from speedhut.com. The speedo is via gps and the tach connects to one of the wires to the coils.  I like it.

Love the pipes.
Seeing yours and yozzer said build makes me wanna do something so neat. Then I look in the bank and realise that I'd better stick to my rat style that I'm going for.
Nice job.
