Like them too and found another 18\" front, just like the rear, so I have a complete set of RONAL's. So that should be nice.

Hello Steve,
I will show some picture's and hope you can see what you want:
 

First made a template for the conical pipe and handbend it into shape.
Made a bracket for the rear mounting and expanded a pipe for mount the 'muffler' over the exhaustpipe.
