Nice piece of work. I'm very envious of you guys who can fabricate stuff like this.

Thanks Steve, I think you're not that envious if you know how much is going wrong before it works. Sometimes you just have to do things and learn along the way, although it helps if you got the tools, or at least some of it.

Today I purchased a nice Big-bore kit for the replica engine. A 65.5 mm bore gives a healhty 850cc:

Should work nice together with the CR's.

And another one. I have not yet mounted the bottompart of the streamline, and have to find, or fabricate, a screen for it.

What do you think of it?????

Put some foglights on, and my eldest, cause he's a lot more handsome than me.

Cheers.

Hey overthere,

It's been a bit slow with the bikes, but now we're back in business. Next week the tank and seat will be sent for painting and after that the seat will be covered with leather. am waiting for some small bit's for the Keihin CR's (the levers for the start aid, not a choke but it actual richens the fuel mixture). After that I will concentrate on the fairing.

Cheers, Rob

Since I'm waiting for some Keihin parts, I went on working on the other bike. It has got a quarter fairing now and have changed the seating position in a more comfortable sit-up and beg position. Don't know how to show picture's.
Maybe someone can explain?

Cheers Rob

Vox, you need to get a photobucket.com account and post the IMG link that is generated on that site into your message after you upload the photo onto the photobucket site

Doesn't work properly Rob. I'm not an admin here so can't edit your post - you need to use the tags rather than just posting the URL. That way the photos load straight onto the page.
