Yes I would heat it up, try just heating the nipple, get it really hot then quench it, the expansion and contraction may just do the trick, failing that heat the calliper where the nipple fits , you do risk damaging the brake seal though, also a long socket may work better than a spanner.
Thanks guys. I warmed it a bit then found a very small socket. Had never used it before. It did the job. Put new brake fluid in . The front end dives now but doesn't stop the bike lol
