Wiring loom routes
« on: October 31, 2016, 02:45:42 PM »
Hello,
could somebody confirm the routing of the loom on my 400/4? Does the main loom pass above or below the bottom yolk? Also where is the handlebar switch connector positioned. When I bought the bike it was hanging down between the exhausts but that does not look right. Finally I have seen a picture of the loom running above the coils whereby mine runs below.
I would be most grateful if somebody could confirm and maybe post a couple of pictures?
Thanks in anticipation.
Pat.

Check out page 110 of the CB350F/400F Shop Manual in Ashimoto's Dropbox (http://www.sohc.co.uk/index.php/topic,8884.0.html).
I think the diagrams there should show exactly what you want.
