Ok, I've taken a look.

I have the paint and I can send you a small amount for touch ups.
But you have to realise it might not be 100% correct since your original paint might have faded a bit through time.
I believe originaly Honda painted the red over a orange base. So you might have to touch in a bit of orange or white if the paint is chipped to the bare metal.

Please send me your adress and I'll get it out to you.

That sounds perfect......I have sent you a pm.

Many thanks.......Mick.

Honda Milano Red is a good match. You can get it in an aerosol or a body shop should be able to supply.

A huge thank you to Menno who sent me a touch up pot of red matched to the CB400f......and refused all offers of payment.

I haven't tried it yet, but I was instantly suspicious of the RS paints version which looked too 'orange' and immediately confident that Menno's version looks right even in the pot.

Hopefully I will get round to trying it out within the next couple of days, but thank you for all the advice and to Menno for taking the time and trouble to send this paint.....it is very much appreciated.

Mick.

If you can get any its worth not quite filling the chip with paint and finishing with lacquer, i used some i got from Mitsubishi in a small pot with brush built in the cap. Then used 3,000 grade  with warm soapy water and finished with polish, dificult to find the chip now

That is pretty much my plan....starting with good lighting and a super fine pointed brush.....the only thing I'm usually short of is patience, fortunately no rush at this time of year.
