Piki's decals and stencils
« on: February 24, 2017, 08:04:42 PM »
Good old piki..
After a few emails pictures, measurements and a scan he came up with a pretty perfect decal for my little fantic tank...
Very easy to deal with changed it after the first print as he wasn't happy with it...
Delivered within a week of completion in a very sturdy box with instructions and always answered any emails I sent quickly and comprehensively..
He also produced a stencil, for my seat which is due back any time from the trimmer...
Cannot recomend enough...
I guess because he understands bikes and the kind of Agro we can get when trying to reproduce items he goes that extra mile
Thanks buddy

Piki is a top man and does a lot of research to get his decals/stickers right.

Hi, you can use various types....any "spray paint" work well, "Vinyl Paint", "Engine paint", or any "spray paint" that you can buy in your hardware store. Firstly, apply it over a  hidden zone from the seat cover and test as it works.
There is other members that bought seat stencils from me, ask about it.
Best Regards.

This is what I use for all the Honda seat stencils. Not the cheapest available but very good. [ Guests cannot view attachments ]

I used Rust-Oleum Flexible Fabric Paint in Silver, £4.99 from Homebase, which did the job nicely.
Whichever paint you use make sure the edges of the stencil are well pressed to the seat and spray in thin coats to minimise 'bleeding' around the edges of the stencil.
