Haha, your right Steve, they must have changed the picture, it used to show a CB400/4 with non spoked wheels

Wheels required then !
May be able to help with a front one, or just a hub if you want to rebuild with a new rim - it depends what you need.
From your earlier post does that mean that you have cast wheels?

As you can see, going to need a few bits and bobs, including a kickstart shaft !

They look like they're from an XS Yamaha. I had a 500 once with XS400 alloys.

Pretty sure they are aftermarket, I have seen similar ones fitted before to 400's but don't know the make (maybe ERA?).
There is probably a maker's name on a spoke or rim somewhere.
Think Yamaha ones are seven spoke, not six.
There is probably a market for these if you want to get rid of them, or keep them as a period accessory - depends on how original you plan to go.
Also clocks look like Superdream.

It may be a good idea to post a list of parts you're after;  some of us may be able to help you out.
Where's that 10mm socket got to?

One seat
Two wheels
Kickstart shaft
Wiring loom
Side panels and a front mudgard

And that's before I strip the engine and carbs  !!!!!!!

Is that yours Steve ?

It was mine for a few years. At the time I had three 500/4s and had to reduce down to one when I moved house.
I sold it to a local guy who wanted it for his dad!

Hi all

Just a quick question.

Did the 1976 400 4 come with cast wheels ?

Thanks

Not unless it was one of the Harrier specials put together by one of the dealers (Mocheck?) with Lester (Or was is it CMA?) Alloys, a small nose fairing, white paint and a 2/4 seat iirc?

May have also been 460cc?
