Struggling to remove the carbs, helpful hints excepted !

Remove all the engine bolts except the two lower ones (just loosen those) ,  remove the exhaust,  jack the engine up so it tilts forward.   That'll give another 20mm to play with.

Hi all

Engines out and most of everything else striped, just struggling to remove the front disk, it's on a cast wheel as previous pictures.

Have removed the four retaining  bolts but still no joy !

On another note, found lots of bits of metal in the sump, so not looking forward to the full engine strip !

Will attach som pics later !

Just found " ARE 1978 " stamped on the rear wheel !
