Valve guide seals

In the gasket set (from DSS)  there's 8 valve guide seals, as one would expect.   I've replaced the inlet seals but are there seals on the exhaust valve guides?  The reason for the confusion is;

• There's no old seals fitted
• The valve guides don't have a sharp edge to keep the seals on properly.

I've done two before the penny dropped.

On the earlier 350 motors none on the exhaust side.
