I haven't seen the spring balance type test used in 15 years. Is it still around?

My MOT guy used to have one, not that he ever used it.  When he retired and sold the business,  the new guys had to upgrade the equipment as it was deemed a new business.
Where's that 10mm socket got to?

Yep, still a few old stations have them. See one last year at a auction, made a fortune  :'(

My tester uses the old balance tester, did buy a roller but it was so unreliable that he got rid of iy=t
