I've have an F1 and an F2, my F2 is in the process of a rebuild and the Cam in that is an R1, My F1 blew it's Cam a few years ago and I still have it and It to was an R1, the problem is I'm fairly sure that the PO of my F1 repalced the cam before I bought it so I don't know if it's original, and Currently I can't tell you what's in the F1 Engine as I'm riding it.

As far as I'm aware, all the K's and the F1 had the same camshaft, it then changed with the  F2/K7 which had the same camshaft, and the valve sizes changed.
