CB650 At Newark
« on: July 02, 2017, 09:04:47 PM »
Local guy wanted us to try to  sell his V reg Blue CB650 at Newark for him , so slung it in the van. A guy came and knocked price down to £1k  and said he'd have it but when my mate told him £50 to deliver it to Rotherham he went away to try to get cheaper delivery and didn't return.
Not really my bag and know very little about them or what they sell for but it appeared to run OK and looked tidy apart from the front guard. Stanchions had no pitting, seat nice etc ... If anyone interested I can put them in touch.

No worries ... I don't really know the seller anyway .. I think if nobody is interested by tonight he is putting it on a 10 day eBay listing. I think the minimum he would take is £1k. I haven't a clue if that's realistic or not as it's a model  slightly after 'my era'

I like the CB650 Custom but the CB650Z reminds me of a blowed up Superdream.
