Newbie from Yorkshire
« on: August 29, 2017, 06:22:51 PM »
Hi all, new member signing in.  I've always wanted a CB750 and now I have a new beast in the garage to fettle and ride. Used to have a 550K4 back in the 80's but that was the only SOHC I ever had. Always preferred the looks of the 750 motor though, and the big round tank and sidepanels..... 8).

I'll be needing a few replacement parts so will be looking for advice on where to look... not too fussed about originality although the bike is pretty standard with just a few wrong parts as far as I can see.... a giuliari seat would be nice! and maybe a 4 into 1 exhaust...

Cheers Rob

Ay up Rob.
Welcome to the forum.  Plenty of good advice on here,  maybe someone's having a clearout of spare parts.  You never know, just say what you're after. Any chance of pbotos, saves us having to fork out for bike magazines.

Mike
Where's that 10mm socket got to?

Thanks 😄 I'm between Cas and Ponte..... perfectly located for rides to the north york moors, the dales, over to the east coast wolds. Theres a great classic bike scene round here with hundreds of classic jap bikes turning up every Thurs eve at Squires throughout the summer... ive seen a fw nice honda SOHCs there and hope to be taking mine next spring 😎
