Main and big end bearings

Can anyone help . With what bearings I need for my Honda 500 . Letters of the crankcase AAABA , crankshaft 1A1A2A1A2A , con rod number 2 . Any help would be great thanks

I'm no expert engine builder (Trig your turn to weigh in !!) but.....

When I rebuilt my engine I plasti-gauged the existing shells and crank and given that they were well in spec they went back in. Have you done this already?

If you are changing the "correct" method is to measure the bores AND crank and then use the tables in the manual.

I guess there are some schools (Trig/Ash opinion here please) that say you can use the crank stampings as the bores shouldn't wear but you still need to measure the crank journals

The crankshaft is fine the bearings are no good contamination

Something wrong with the crankshaft details as there should be 5 letters and 4 numbers (or maybe other way round)
