Looks a mitch and match, if you post the frame and engine numbers I will check my Honda ID book for you
Engine should be CB750k'76, FRAME SHOULD BE 1970 EARLY
At least the valve guides should be ok then
A lot of people's don't like the PD carbs and just base it on getting them going if the set has suffered no use and things have got gummed up. I think they are the right way to run an engine and offer an advantage over the older types. They don't run lean as such, just closer to optimum for an engine to be efficient while adding extra fuel just under acceleration. Just when it's needed in other words, and not rich all the time to make the oil diluted with unburnt fuel. Properly cleaned and setup they're good carbs and no reason not to use them. The valve guides for F2 are well covered on here. Honda seemed to have stretched a little too far on this aspect, but if you've not got them then it'll not give you problems in that area.[/quoteI think I will attempt to use them when the time comes K2. They are in mint condition. I think it's time I moved over to the cb750 link before the moderator comes calling as my introduction has gone on long enough.....Thanks again.....Frank
