Out and about today

Well it's been a beautiful autumn day here today.
Just had to get out and about.
First issue was on what, well its been so nice I took them both out for a spin.
Got to say I love my 400/4 but getting of it straight onto the Z650 was like getting off a uncomfy stool straight into the comfiest arm chair. (I know it's my age )
That's it now for the Z SORN at the end of the month, the 400/4 is now historic tax so any nice days I will be able to get out on it.

I got up close and personal with a red Honda today, unfortunately it was the lawnmower  Your bikes both look great Paul.

Yes a lovely bright day but I made the mistake of not putting thicker gloves on. I got about 50 miles out and thought bugger this I am just not enjoying it. So made my way back home via Sherburn in Elmet [ Sqiuires ] for tea. Lesson learned from here on in its winter gear. Anyone fitted heated grips on . As these bikes are not exactly overflowing with electric.

I will be the first to admit it to much work has made me very dull.
I have no enthusiasm at the moment I get as far as looking at the bikes but can't be arsed to put the gear on and get them out.

Graham, what timing.... My mower in France started smoking very badly suddenly, from the often expected bit on start up with these. Assumed serious and not worth looking at but any tips, blocked breathers etc. .... Tim

Not me really Paul, but I do share the same sentiment. Too much work at the moment and I'm rapidly heading to 60 so things need to change soon. Will be on a biking day soon though as were going to the bike show at the NEC. Err hang on, were going in the car.
