Nothing!
I was in a engineering company a month or so ago. When a guy bought a engine in from his BSA with a bill of full rebuild. He had bought the bike off fleabay and the engine had blown up within 300 miles, and had bought the bike with the understanding that it had just had the engine fully rebuilt.
As i moved to the side of the counter, the owner of the company looked at the bill and said, That is not my headed note paper   :o :o

That looks really sweet and tidy.

One day...maybe..mine will look that pretty. Till then, I shall just convince myself that iron oxide is the new chrome......and sob quietly into my mug of tea.

Nice job Paul ! Looking spot on... I notice in the Hadleigh custom sheet it says 'Big ends only ground'...does that mean they reground the crank and fitted non-standard, undersize bearing shells/modified the con rods in some way? If so, it may explain the bolts protruding slightly more than normal.

Ash,
No there are four sets of green shells and one Yellow.
The rods that have been fitted are also not OEM ones they are uprated ones as the bike was also fitted with a Henry Abe 900cc big bore kit.

They use a really aggressive sharpening strategy in small digital imaging chips to make the end result "appear" sharper than its resolution will allow.  It makes everything look sharper at small final image size but if you zoom in it shows loss of details.  In effect a digital trick to maximise the small form of the originating device. All controlled by an algorithm string/sequence.
