Nice one. Out of interest, did you have the original US title or did you get a dating letter ?

I had the US title and I also got a dating letter from VJMC.

Shame they won’t let you have the US title back, but at least I copied it.

I intend to use the vjmc myself, i trust they were straight forward to deal with?. I am a member of the vmc but they charge £80 and thats with a members discount !!

VJMC were excellent, emailed all the pics and the completed form and the certificate was on my doorstep 2 days later.

I thought it was £25 members , £35 non-members Rob? Or are you  about a different service than just dating certificate from them ?

You're right Ash.... but its the Vintage Motorcycle Club I was talking about, they charge something like £120 for non-members and £80 for members... Although to be fair to them, I expect some of those really old British bikes can be difficult to date....
