Got a problem

I just tried to start the motorbike today after a few months stopped. But unfortunately is not working as it should, I checked and I have ignition in all the sparks, she got running after keeping open throttle but very irregular because the right side cylinders doesnt get warm ( no explosion into the two right cylinders side)

Any suggestion? Or just leave the carbs into an specialist?

What bike? If it's one with 2 fuel lines from the tap to the carbs, check the internal filter, and one at a time remove the pipe from the tap, and fit a length of suitable pipe, blow down it hard while turning the fuel on, then do the second one. Had a 750K2 as a teenager which had the same issue, and it was caused by a blockage in one side of the tap. You can discount points/coils and other ignition components as the issue would be either the centre pair or the outermost pair, which you say it isn't.
If it's got tits or wheels, it's hassle, if it's got both, RUN!!!

First thing to do is to check that youre getting fuel to the right side carbs by undoing the drainage screw on the bowl, given that they're fed from the same hose. If they're dry then check the petcock on the fuel tank for blockages.

If all is clear then its most probably your idle jets getting clogged. That seems unlikely however if the left hand side ones are working.

Pulling the carbs is easy enough and taking the bowls off to inspect the jets. If they are blocked then boil them in vinegar water and clean them with wd40 while hot. You could also try to use some wire but this is likely to scratch the inside and screw up the jet.

Alternatively you could get a new set for under £20. While theyre open take the air screw out and squirt some solvent in the hole and see if it comes out the idle jet hole.

As I said you may not have to do all this but it's not that much hassle in the end.

Try it with fresh petrol.   Modern juice goes off after a few months.   If you get it started it doesn't pull very well.   New petrol makes a big difference.
Where's that 10mm socket got to?

both rh side would suspect fuel flow, kinked pipe perhaps. only one filter so both pipes should get same flow unless you are on side stand

Are we talking plural - cylinders - or singular - doesn't -?
If plural, common fuel supply is most likely the problem. Kinked fuelline or socalled 'extra' inline fuel filter could be the culprit.
If singular and provided you have spark, a sticking float valve needle could cause this.
Open the drain screw to check there's fuel flow. If not, try tapping the floatbowl with stub end of screwdriver. Open and close petcock a number of times and hope it frees a possible sticking float valve needle. Still no fuel or does problem remain in spite of free fuelflow? Unscrew the floatbowl for inspection. With old style carbs, this can be done with carbs in situ. Unscrew slow jet and check it is open.
BTW, you didn't specify what model you have. The K3 model is notorious for (partially) blocked slow jets. Also verify vent tube is open. The slow jet in PD carbs found on K3 models is not the screw type. If they have to be removed, it's done like shown in the pic below.

Old fuel or water in fuel (a little is enough!) could well cause this.

Hello again, thank you for the answers. I’ve been away for a while, but finally yesterday I could tried few things, I cleaned the carbs, idles and changed petrol and filter. Now I have petrol on the carbs drainage screws. I tried to use the car battery to start her and some smoke came from the left side (were cables and fuses are) now unfortunately there is no sparks in any of the cylinders. I checked fuses and all seems ok. I just removed battery cables very quick to avoid any damage on the installation.  :-X what do you think guys Did I fried something or what should I check.
