Decal positions

Hi all.
I've lost my sheet of paper on which i wrote down the positioning of the decals for the tank and side panels for my 400-4 f1.
Would anyone be kind enough to measure the decal positions for the tank from the front edge and bottom and for the side panels from the front edge and top.

I'm going to put that picture in the gallery, quite a few people have asked for those measurements in the past and I always struggle to find it.
