Sorry mate, never had one of those books but i do know a dealer who will let me loose on his Hi-Level book if that will help

Cheers bryan, it will have to be one of the old school Hi-Level books as, the new ones have very limited info.

Went up today mate and had to take some pictures as his copier was duff, I think the plate you want has the following details:-

HI-Level   ID    OD   Tang  Width   Thickness  Tang No   Vesrah Ref
                               OD    Tang

191700    120   139  150    16          3.60       12            VP 1070

If you ping me a direct mail I will mail you all the pics so you can print out the list

1070 is the closest i could find. The OEM is defiantly 140mm OD, would the 1mm difference make the clutch rattle ?

Wouldnt have thought so, 1mm on 140 is not a great amount. I have all the Hi Level pages photoed in sections if you want them.
