Oops, to be fair there are at least 2 of us working on the bike!

Started up for the first time last Saturday, filters still off for the time being, started great no leaks ;D

Unfortunately only on 3 at tick over (clogged idler jet I think)

Here's a quick video of it earlier

Will take it out tomorrow to test further (also fitted my recently re-acquired flat bars).

Took it for the maiden voyage to the petrol station last week, all running well barring the idle (a clean and balancing should sort that, I also think I'd prefer to run the original airbox so going to hunt one down).

Took it for a bit longer run last night just to bed the new rings in and I noticed on return a bit of smoke emanating from the crankcase breather tube :o now I don't think this is normal so I'm going to check the oil for contamination, read a few sources online that vary from this is normal to your rings are buggered, its comparable to this example https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e8ki1LJEJW0.

On a lesser note I found the grease nipple I fitted to the swingarm is inaccessible with my grease gun ::) lucky it was packed quite thoroughly before fitting, 90 degree nipple on order.
