i'm about to fit the coils to my rebuild but there is something amiss. the original parts listing shows the coils as discontinued so i ordered the after market coils (part no 30501-300-003P) some while ago, now is the time to fit them but there is a problem. the original brackets that fit the coils to the frame have a 5 mm tapped thread hole which the original coils fixed to via a screw. the after market coil will fit the gap in the bracket but the fixing hole is 6 mm diameter with a 6 mm bolt which wont fit the original fixing bracket - i'm assuming I just drill out the old bracket and retap a thread, also the collar when offered up gives the appearance that there will be insufficient thread for the spring washer and bolt. Any ideas or am i barking up the wrong tree!
