starting a rewire
« on: September 25, 2018, 06:19:36 PM »
Anybody used The Ferret for rewiring- have heard he's good but very busy! I want to up rate lights especially and it's a cafĂ© custom too. Do I get the various components or should I upgrade to more modern systems, I'm not worried/fussed about electronic ignition though! There is no way I could do it myself. I have various old components but unsure as to how to check them, I have bought new coils and a loom though. It all seems a bit daunting 😒

I bought a new loom for my CB400F2 and the moment I saw the birds nest of a job it was going to be I chose to let a mechanic do it for me lol. Part of the problem was all this crimping and some wires not seeming to match.
I brake for animals!
