The Kettenkrad's are not actually bikes....they were classed by the Germans as light prime-movers. 4 cylinder engine driving the tracks, with the bars operating transmission brakes to turn. Not designed to use in combat...as the fuel tanks sit either side of the rider.....

I would commute on one of those monowheels if they could make it faster!

Let's be honest here's no need for such eccentricity. If you want better than a hardly dangerous, the average ride on lawnmower is less rattly, more reliable, will handle and corner better than a Harley, and you'd look less of a prize dickhead turning up at a bike meet on it!
