Apologies,  for sounding a bit dramatic . OK its not a basket case or anything like that  BUT !!!!  . There's a fair bit of noise/ rattling from the engine/ rear when started up , but eases a bit when it gets warmed up. As i say, I'm totally raw to the CB 750K  engine but love the look of the bike.   Can't start work on it yet as i have to ride it to nearest registration center 20 miles, next Thursday.

Its normal for the cam chain to sound like its chewing the head from cold but once warm it should calm down a bit.

  Thanks all for the welcome.

The old noise/ rattle business ( Mick-thanks) seems to be coming from the lower rear end - RH side .Clutch/gearbox maybe . Novice ????

Cheers Roz

It would be good if that solves it.  Would carb balance need to be out much for this type of noise to occur ???

                                  Thanks
