I never took those moon prices for serious.

So what’s a realistic price for a Z1, K0 or sandcast in UK?

Vic World very early VIN Sandcast auctioned this month

Thanks.

Thats even less than I´d expect for a 3 digit sandcast here in G.

Slightly ironic - I think Frank sold his red Sandcast at the auction and bought both of the ‘72 Z1’s by the looks of it?

About the tank, I know someone in Germany who can get the dents out.
The rusty spot might be a bit of a chalenge since the paint is faded a bit but I could give it a try if you want to.

Bike still not here, Menno. No idea whats inside the tank.
When so I will come back to this.

That dent-puller is where you are?

That fade is dust.... hopefully.

Bike came in on Saturday (with lots of ducuments, even the purchase order and purchase invoice)

On first view I will need the following parts:

- tank in genuine paint

- number 3 (lower right) exhaust (with "........  76" stamp)

- master brake cylinder

- right handle bar switch

- rear seat grip

Just in case somebodey has or knows somebody who does.

Try to keep as original as possible, so try to avoid replica parts.

Did some calls. Begging, crying, impending, sweet-talking, offering tons of money, offering my wife to do the household for a fortnight ...

On second view, I needed the whole set of exhaust. Dings & dongs, scratches and holes.

Just in case, someone needs a "not perfect" set or may have them overhault, I´m offering those "76" that came with the bike:

EURO 650 shipped

BTW: and other stuff

pic after some days of TLC, still with the old pipes (not too bad from that angle)
