I picked this cap up a while back ...I was sure it was early honda as I have seen many pics of minions at the honda race pits wearing them..

Then I picked this book up today..it is a real treasure with some fantastic pictures of early models and the honda factory...
And they're all wearing the hats..

Great stuff Jason ... heard stories of people finding white gloves in Honda packing crates...and you see the guys on the production lines wearing them ... my mate in Japan quite often 'wraps' my stuff in them when he ships the parts he gets for me so they must still be widely used in Japan.

Great pics...all the machine shop guys wearing clean white overalls, the Japanese were leagues ahead of us in those days.. and probably still are in most industries  ::)

Nice find Jason. It's cool getting a little piece of history like the cap in your hands that appears in historical photos.
