I havent rode my bike in over a year, went and fired it up,runs great and went to pull the clucth in and shift it into 1st and it dies, clutch doesnt disengage, think it is stuck, are there any solution for this problem? Tried rocking it in gear,no good, gears are working fine, manualy shift thru gears if it isnt running, but clutch just doesnt seem to disengage to shift into gear, just when you pull back on clutch lever it feels tight,is the clutch plate or disk stuck from sittin so long?

Trying to free it by rocking or any other shock methods can damage the friction plates.
Better to take it apart and prise the plates apart. If none of the friction plates are damaged and are in spec, you should be OK to re-assemble. If in doubt, fit new friction plates 24 hours after soaking them in whatever lube you use in your motor.
