Good luck with the Super Cub. I'm having the same trouble with eyesight and fat fingers!

I started the 400 kit and even with tweezers I'm finding the tiny parts difficult. 😯

I'm surprised at the insane detail the Japanese have gone to. Internal parts supplied like the clutch, oil filter and sump plate and oil screen which you then glue the covers over and never see again! ☺

Not to mention the cylinder head and barrels
Where's that 10mm socket got to?

Thank goodness I was given the 1/6 scale... it might just suit my poor old eyes :)

Finally finished the 400/4 model. You were right Mike, lining up the engine, frame halves and all the other sub-assemblies at the same time was a pig of a job! I got there in the end but my eyesight and modelling skills aren't what they used to be. It ain't perfect but I'm happy.

Wow, that's a nicely made model. Great detail 👍.
I've tried to get one but both shops selling them have no stock at present.

I havent even opened the box on mine yet... it has been too hot.. .Since Christmas Day almost every day has been mid 30's and higher with the last 4 days being over 40 Celcius. Yesterday topped out at 44....
Even with the Air Con pumping full tilt it is all you can do to sit there and watch the idiot box..
We have a slight reprieve today.. it is only 31 but heads over 35 tomorrow and for the rest of the week.. yay...

Wow, I like that. Why can't our customers CB750/4 engines be that small and light, every time I pick one up with Trig it nearly bloody kills me.

A pity he omits to show the spark plugs lighting up.
