I saw that.
It would have made a good project.

DK just can’t help themselves with the can of easy start, can they?

After a very long sleep, the last thing a dry engine with possibly rusted up rings needs is a very rude reawakening.

1974 Kawasaki Z1A
2005 Harley XL1200R Sportster
1985 Porsche 911 3.2 Carrera Sport

Was going to bid on this if it didn't go too high - then was taken off with 2 days to go - typical DK

That's what happens when nobody bids and sit waiting until the end. Someone walks in the shop makes a deal with them and buys it.
I went to look at a CL175 it was a pile of rubbish that looked far better in the photos. It went through at £999 twice with no bids then ended up selling for around £1500. A strange old game.

Strange indeed. I’ve bought two bikes from them. CB500/4 that I paid a reasonable price for, and a CL350 that I got for a bargain comparably. They couldn’t believe the price I got the CL for, congratulated me themselves!!

I love a Honda. Proud father of a 2000 Honda CBR929 Fireblade and 1972 Honda CB500 K1. Oh, and two children!

If you speak to them they will tell you that any bike is up for grabs if you walk into their shop with money in your hands, whether its on ebay or not..... they are up front about it. If you fancy a paticular bike, dont wait for the auction to end, get down there, check it out and buy it, they are friendly and easy to deal with...they know what each bike is likely to fetch and will negotiate a fair price with you. That was my experience anyway...... I was outbid on a couple, then one i was watching went missing before the auction ended so I rang them.... The next one that turned up that I fancied, I went down there and bought it.
