I have never used Matt Harper as I have my own US bath which is big enough for a rack of 750 carbs but maybe you get what you pay for.
I have heard very good reports about Matts work. You only need someone without his knowledge to US clean in the wrong fluid and the lovely iridescent finish is destroyed forever.
I think Roy http://www.sohc.co.uk/index.php?action=profile;u=13487 on here uses him all the time so possibly he will comment on prices/service.
