Dear All,
Just bought a Honda CB400 four engine in parts, which I would like to rebuild. All the parts are looking ok, and are a good base to start from, but I need a little help on the bearing codes.
Sadly they already took of the conrods from the crankshaft so I dont know in which sequence they were mounted. But with new shells it should not matter right? (The conrods all are the same weight code)
Crankcase stamps: A C C C C
Crankshaft: A1 A1 A1 A1 1
Conrods: 3 3 1 1
Crankcodes will be than: A1 C1 C1 C1 C1 so that is Yellow and C1 is? Please advise C1!
Conrod codes: A3 A3 A1 A1 so that is Green, Green, Red and Red? Please confirm.
