Wiring help please

With P in the middle is 400, late 550 and late 750 as, the hi/low switch was on the left 
but it was a different switch to what Sye has 


You also seem to have the D washers missing from the top yoke

Nope, D washers both in place, in fact I have two spares I think. The handlebars are not original but they are drilled. From a 550 I think, so unless I re-drill them, the separate switch has to go on the right. The switches are a bloody nightmare TBH, there are so many options for different models and different countries. It also doesn't help that they are discontinued and when they do come up, someone wants the cost of a cottage in Wales for it.

Will stick with what I have until something comes up.

Sye. If you do have any spare 'D' washer and you would like to re home them....think of me please. Mine are missing on my CB750/4 K2 project.....I had them but, I think Graham has pinched them for one of his project......nothing is bloody sacred in this house, even D' washers

Looking at that diagram connect your br/blue to the br/white in the headlamp shell and its the same.( i knew i remembered white from somewhere!)

just to cause even more confusion i have a lefthand switch which looks brand new and identical to yours, but has the cutaway so the wires can exit outside the handlebars, not sure what bike it was off, and has had the wires chopped off. Pm me if any use to you

If its a proper cutaway could be K3, if its been cut out by hacksaw its somebody fitting ordinary bars.

no Bryan the k3 is different shape and has hi/low switch, mine is as pics and the cutaway is cast as original

Probably for one of the smaller Hondas then, not all had internal wiring.
