That set looks really good. I wish Menno would send my Suzuki tank back. I know the postal damage was not his fault, but it's getting on for a year now and spring is just around the corner again.

Fine work again from Menno.
As for not being the right colour for your bike.
As long as its the right colour for you.
That's all that matters.
My 750k1 is in candy blue green a gorgeous colour.
Sean.

Have you already paid him?... a year is an unacceptable wait unless he quoted a year when you sent the tank...i bet he didn’t. Have you contacted him regularly?

Sorry I should have been more specific. The tank has been back to me twice already, first time DHL had damaged it so it went back, second time DHL lost it for over a month then when I opened it the paint had reacted so it went back again. Third time round Menno had to start again from scratch but that was over three months ago now. So not really Menno's fault just frustrating.

At least second time around it turned up, thought it was lost forever and a GS1000 tank is truly unobtainable at virtually any price. I only managed to locate one in the USA and that was £760.

Pictures here.  http://www.sohc.co.uk/index.php/topic,16847.0.html

Ahh, thought it seemed a bit unusual...he seems to have a great reputation on here with most folk... he’s probably stacked out with jobs.

Menno has probably done work for most of us!

He did my K0, albeit when it belonged to James.
