OK...I'll button it, but I never started it! Meanwhile one of the insurance quotes I got was for over............£10,000!!!!  :o

Nice to see a man of conviction. Until its pointed out something might be costing you a few quid and you've now removed it from your website. I wonder how much its cost you since you added that page.

Did you look at the link to the Brexsh-t the bear page. The reason for my first post.  It has now been removed from his website. The reason for the second post.

I asked my neighbour why she drove to the gym,  less than a mile away.  She looked at me as if I were simple.
"I won't know how many steps I did then, will I" she said.
Some people never had the plot to begin with.
I have a friend that does the same. I asked why he doesn't just run to the gym, touch the door, then run home again. Wouldn't need to pay a gym membership then. And it would be far more interesting. We used to live opposite a YMCA gym and the car park was the busiest in town.

I’ve just checked my 1974 550 and it says I have to pay the charge.
It’s registered as historic so is mot and tax exempt?

I would check again, maybe there is an error. Historic vehicles are exempt ULEZ. You are sure you have you been to the post office and checked your status?

I’ve just checked the registration from the pic in the first post, that’s not exempt either.

That's definitely an error on the system then as all of mine are exempt. But, the latest one registered as historic, on April 1st this year, is not showing as ULEZ exempt yet as I haven't even had the changed log book back yet, so its still going around the DVLA circles.

On April 1st mine reached 41 years and I took my log book to the Post Office who sent part of it to Swansea, the new log has yet to arrive (I may ask them) but long before I did this the ULEZ checker told me my tax class waas exempt, it clearly predicted what would happen.... so Sadiq's new toy has malfunctioned for SteveW surely?

interesting view here https://youtu.be/RgXsDyJ7N-w?si=0vf69WlWPjL716Po obviously looking at the NoX criteria that many don't realise is the trigger point.

My Honda 400 has no emission figures on the V55  is shown as Historic but is not exempt from ULEZ on the TFL site.

All vehicles registered as Historic are ULEZ exempt. The computer system may not reflect this though. There's a section on Historic vehicles in the TFL document.

A friend of mine has a CB750 K7, on the site it says he has to pay the charge. He called them and discussed this with them, they told him that they amended it and updated the system at their end but it still showed as having to pay the charge on the site, but he has been riding the bike with no issues. May be worth giving them a ring?
