Do i need a rebore?
« on: April 16, 2019, 07:40:16 PM »
I've honed and measured my cylinders as follows

[ Guests cannot view attachments ]

The cylinders walls are in great condition and esentially are 0.05mm over factory spec, with at most 0.01 taper and 0.01mm out of roundeness. The manual says 51.1mm service limit, but the service limits in seem to be on the very high side for a lot of stuff.

Any advice much appreciated

Skirts on the pistons came in at 50.95 plus or minus 0.01. Again manual says service limit of 50.85 which seems awful to me.
