Fuel level in bowls

Just set the floats to 21mm as per cylmer manual (Cb350f). Checked level in each bowl, all exactly the same height (see photo) ....Still seems  a bit low,

each level is about 10mm from the top of the bowl. Would that be about the right fuel level

When the floats are in the bowl the level will rise, so all is good.
