rubber manifolds (carb insulators) - OEM or replicas?
« on: July 09, 2019, 11:33:42 AM »
I decided to replace old one by new rubber (hoping it will be softer)

Dilema - shall I buy genuine Honda or replicas (lower price)? DSS sells both, OEM 16211-323-000 £5.95 per piece (w/o VAT), replicas BGCBB-323-000P £12.95 for set of 4...
Normally I would opt for OEM, but question is of OEMs are not many years old rubber anyway so hardened by age..

Ideally of someone has experience

Go OEM Ern - in my experience replicas need smaller clamps (at least on the 750)
