I don't know, a bit if "Petro Patch" (remember that stuff?) and some T Cut, that would be fine
That said, I have seen people part with more than twice that price just for a pair of the alloy side trims that look in okay condition on that seat, and people often seem to be searching for the filler cover flap as well, so I actually think it may sell.

If it's got tits or wheels, it's hassle, if it's got both, RUN!!!

ebay used definition:
"An item that has been previously used. The item may have some signs of cosmetic wear, but is fully operational and functions as intended. This item may be a floor model or shop return that has been used. See the seller’s listing for full details and description of any imperfections."
A little more than cosmetic wear here, should have been listed as "For parts or not working"

Isn't that F1 fit tank and seat?

If so,  they can't even be interested enough to get that right.

Yep, and the fuel tap is still on it, probably knackered though.

If I lived near enough to pick up I would make a offer as mine has a F2 tail piece on.  :)

For parts or not working might be fairer but theres still elements of that lot that might be of use to someone. Better to list and give folk a chance to bid than to load streight into a skip.
Got a 500/4 with rust and a sidecar and loadsa bits. nice and original and been round the clock
