If you are up and about early one morning you might just see the 'crack of dawn'..........I used to see it all the time when I worked Nightshift !
Now: 2008 CB1300S, CB750K4, 1970 Bonneville. Various other 1960's 650 Triumph T120's/ TR6's/ TR6C's (all in bits...many, many bits unfortunately). Previous: 2007 CB600FA, 1976 CB500 Four. BMW F800ST. GS750E. ZZR1100. CB1300 (2). ZXR1200S. VFR800. CB750 Nighthawk. CX500. XS500 Yam. Suzuki GT500. BSA A10. Various Lambrettas. Zundapp Bella (honest).

I’ll be there but will be driving down after the dreaded work on the Friday night staying just outside of Ipswich for the night.

Wish i I could get the Friday off and ride there. Work always gets in the way of enjoying yourself. 😟

Just doing a quick check and wash.

Found a split in L/H fork gaiter
Damn annoying.

Replacements ordered. But doubt I will have time to fit before friday.

So ignore the split. And look at all the other bikes

Clean the split and superglue it John until you put the new ones on.

Thanks. Found 4 splits. Each at edges.

Feels very fragile. But now stuck together.

This has only lasted about 30yrs.

Have fun John. I just love Aldeburgh and every place on that stretch of coast. Did you get very wet on your journey?....its been absolutely throwing it down here, squalls coming through and all sorts  😪😪😪😪

Left home just after a storm. Was wet for first 70 ish miles.
Then dry till Cambridge. Heavens opened.
But dry ish now.
Should be ok Saturday.

Looks like it will be dry but windy tomorrow,till around 17.00 anyway.Got soaked when I popped out in glorious sunshine to fuel bike up.

I’ve made it to my digs east of Ipswich. At least I stayed dry in the car. 😁
Should be at Leiston, DS around 10am and should be be dead easy to spot in my bespoke SOHC birthday T-shirt. Thanks to my wife Janet  🙈

We can't make it now due to work commitments  >:(
Some twonk was pushed through a plasterbourd wall so I have to repair it to meet fire regs. I tried to get them to shut up shop till Monday but they just wouldn't listen.
