That's a good price for post, we get charged £6 + VAT (£7.20 in total) for goods sent by him in UK to our addresses in UK.

Just shows how much he is ripping us off

Whether it still exists or not,  there's an postal agreement from commonwealth times that any bulk post arriving in UK  is delivered for £1 item so maybe that's in place to Australia?  It's how stuff is handled here arriving from Hong Kong as I understand it.  And why you get so much trade via there for items that effectively have a competitive advantage in delivery cost.
