Your carbs may look clean but as Bryan says you could still have blockages ::), my carbs on my cb750 took 3 good cleans with carb cleaner and compressed air before they came to ;),cheers Mick.

Think your guarantee stands Bryan. Pathway looked and felt blocked, now all clean and I can see light through it. Re-assemble later and try again!
