Survived both of those, so somewhat immune.

Reputation intact, DSS have promptly and reasonably agreed to send me six of the 8x102mm bolts today  :) :)

That's my weekend sorted.

Well that's a great result. I'll buy the longer bolts if you ever plan to sell them. J

Whilst the new bolt provided by DSS FOC will give me a secure front disc, I'm already becoming 'price conditioned' to the idea of buying a new hub (whilst they are available) and rebuilding the wheel. As I keep telling my wife, perfection comes at a high price, but she does get a significant discount!

What disc do you have ..is it the correct K0 disc? (sorry Trigger I mean rotor  ;D ;D)

Mine had a K1 front wheel, disc, speedo drive, speedo drive plate and chrome plate axle etc all simply plopped into the K0 front end .. so literally had to replace everything. No point in having the wider hub unless you have all of the other gubbins.

Fitted the new bolts today and torqued up fine (21 ft/Lbs).

All seems good, but not sure now about the disc and other gubbins, questioned by Ash. How do I tell?

There is a 'W17S' mark on the disc and it looks similar to the aftermarket part on DSS site. Pictures attached if anyone can identify please?

Seem to remember there is a more squared off shoulder on the black bit of the disc carrier but mine is at work so cant photo. James may have one handy to photo.

Have a look at this one ...should be the same I guess https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&rct=j&url=https://www.ebay.com/itm/1969-HONDA-CB750-FOUR-SANDCAST-KO-CB-750-K0-CB-750-SOHC-FRONT-BRAKE-ROTOR-/362538006881&ved=2ahUKEwjU7v7k75HlAhXzThUIHcQUCOAQFjAAegQIAhAB&usg=AOvVaw3r8fUMWjp7B9iRXlSn6bBH
Yeah you need to take a photo of the doc profile from the front of the bike looking back - so we can see the shape of the ‘black’ section. Should have. 90 degree squared off profile for K0...

Seem to remember DS had a French market Gold K0 that he sold to James May and then got back again ...it's not that one is it? That one was a K0 interim with bar lift carbs etc.

No not one of the transition K0s with the with the better rocker arm linkage for the carbs, she's a die cast from the US.
