CB750 K1 Tool Kit?
« on: October 29, 2019, 12:33:29 PM »
I would like to build up an original tool kit for my K1. Time consuming, but I managed do this for my 76 Z900 which is almost complete.

The DS version available is neither original or complete. Grateful, if someone could please post some photos of an original K1 tool kit (did the K0 and K2 differ?) with identifying marks, or better still have a complete/part-complete original tool kit for sale.

Thanks,
Andrew

RGP750  on here was planning to repro the rare 'double hex at one end rear axle spanner' ... not sure how far he got with it.

I went to San Francisco to 4 into 1 and bought a full genuine tool kit including tyre levers for the 400/4 saved a fortune collecting it myself.

4 into 1 sell genuine Honda tool kits but, not original 400/4 tool kits. Genuine means it is a genuine parts and will have come from a modern Honda scooter  ;)

Rich borrowed one of mine to copy ..... my memory is dreadful, but I think he made some perfect copies...

You may already have a list, but if it helps the K0 User Manual lists the tool kit items as shown in photos attached, perhaps the K1 does also? Probably isn't too different.

Previous Bikes:
Honda S90
Honda CB125 Twin
Triumph T90
Honda XL250
Bombardier Can-Am 250
Honda CBX750

Thanks SteveW,

Yes, the K1 Users Manual also lists the tools with a photo, but I can't see enough detail in the the photo to identify markings etc.

One question, I believe the screwdriver handle was black but have seen a red one advertised for a K0/1 - anyone know?
