Replacing valve seats Y/N

Since leaded fuel is no longer available have any of you bothered to replace the valve seats, or just as gone with a lead replacement additive?

Japan had unleaded fuel prior to 1965, therefore all Honda engines were manufacturered with hardened valve seats as standard from about 1965, so no need to do anything.
