240 miles round trip.welsh coast.
John, you really get about on the old girl - more than most it seems. You've had it a long time too. How many miles has it done?
One day I'll have the time to restore it, not just talk and dream....

Lovely blue sky where you were John. A fair amount of cloud up in the Wolds today and the low temperature made it feel decidedly Autumnal. Nevertheless, a very nice bimble on the little bikes, with a stop off for a pie and a pint to celebrate Grahams Birthday.

You do spoil the old man!
I think so Tim 🤣🤣🤣🤣 I'm lucky I suppose that he's so easy to please, I'm even baking him some cakes at the moment, so I think he's really being spoilt 😊😊😊😊

Wish Graham Happy Birthday!

Lincolnshire is back to normal as far as biking is concerned. No joke, I reckon there were 10 bikes to every 1 car on the roads today. Out on our pair of Mongrels, Millie and Ruf, racing each other over the Wolds like a pair of 21 year old nutters, brilliant fun as both these bikes handle exceptionally well. Brekkie up near Brigg and quick pit stop at Willingham Woods and then another race all the way home. I always let Trig win by the way, I couldn't handle the fall out of me winning 😁😁😁

Escaped the DIY jobs and took the F1 out today, just a jog around the Wirral, nothing exciting though the traffic for the seaside type places were heavy and boy it was hot. All went well until I got home and put my foot down, something did not feel right below is the cause and I have only had them for 12 years.

Cheers

I had a similar problem with my 25 year old belstaff boots. Gorilla glue was my saviour, seems to have stuck well! What? What? 😂😂  I like them! I will find myself a new pair of course.

Very nice, i like the “brat style” especially the 750 with the black barrels... And it looks to have a nice looking set of cross over style marshall exhaust headers  8) Strange how I was saying on another thread recently that they seem rare and then another set shows up... I’d love to do a brat style honda like yours (or the ones on classic octane YouTube channel) but i simply cannot fit a sixth bike in my garage  :-\

Yes and the knee is working great, after reading up on the subject on here I think I'll pop down to Screwfix and get some rigger boots.

Cheers
