PD carbs
« on: January 26, 2020, 11:40:09 PM »
Bought some carbs off a guy today and he also  had a set of 550 carbs with PD stamped on them. Looked decent and the carbs I got off him were nice  & very clean inside. If anyone is interested I will pass on his details ...guess they will be circa £55.

Hi Ash
I'm assuming these are common to all models of the K and F.
If so I would be interested as a spare set for my 550F.
Can you PM me his details?
Cheers
Ian

If he doesnt want to post them, Ican get them off him next month and post myself. I usually use UPS drop off and it's around £7.50 for up to 10kgs Cracking good service really ...far more reliable and quicker than MyHermes.

Hi Ash, do you know if they were PD46A, by any chance?
I could definitely do with a spare set if the price is right (and it seems to be)

Hi ..Not sure I was looking for 500K0/K/K2  627B  carbs myself, which is why the guy brought them for me to look at but they were deffo stamped PD on the side. I did put David onto them (see baove)  so you need to ask him if he has contacted the guy at all.

OK .. He alo had a set of Suzi GT750 carbs as well ... all his carbs were taken off bikes well over twenty years ago and all of the ones I have had from him were bone dry inside with non of the white nasty corrosion you see nowadays ...good 'ol leaded fuel eh !
