In fairness to Cole he has come back from being a total druggie at rock bottom  to being off hard drugs AFAIK and having his own successful production company and he is annoying sometimes I agree but he seems passionate about bikes and as I said before not much else on about bike related stuff. Wonder if they will ever do a bike SOS version of Car SOS. New venture for Trig and Julie perhaps.  :) Can just hear Graham coming back with ' no faaaarkin way mate'   ;D ;D

I got annoyed with Henry. But enjoyed his shows with Sam.
I met about a year ago. He was friendly and chatty.
I think he deliberately acts a prat to show how skilled Sam is.if you noticed. Henry does very little tricky jobs. Spends most of his time brewing tea.

Of course TV programs cheat...would you really want to watch 40 minutes of Sam grinding valves or Edd sanding a car body for ready painting? After all the programs are only made in the hope you'll buy some product that's advertised so you do need to keep your audience watching. ;D

There isn't enough stuff on TV about motorcycling (I suppose as a biker I would say that) but with YouTube and the internet you can get your fill in other ways.

Just going back to Henry Cole, I agree he's defo a bike enthusiast whatever other shortcomings he might have, but I can't help thinking there are plenty of people out there who would be better front men (women) for the Motorcycle show.    Suzi Perry springs to mind, also Andy - The Missenden Flyer, off YouTube would make a very decent TV presenter IMHO.  I'm sure you can come up with many more yourselves.
Now where did I put that 10mm socket?

Jenny Hanley gets my vote for a decent bike presenter. She has the experience, interviewing Barry Sheene in thick snow shows her dedication 👍.

A very nice lady, but she's in her 70's now I believe, having said that none of us are getting any younger.  :(

To me they all seem to make to make the best pastime going as boring as possible. Its riding bikes thats magic and makes you feel alive.
